The Ivory HydroSpa is a luxury hydrotherapy experience designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Guests move through a series of hot, cold, steam, water, and relaxation spaces created to support rest, renewal, and full-body restoration.

The Flow is a 45-minute self-guided hydrotherapy experience. It is designed for guests who want a quicker reset and prefer to move through the spa spaces at their own pace.

The Signature is our full 90-minute guided hydrotherapy experience. A spa guide intentionally paces you through each space and includes elevated service touches such as cold towel service, face mask, hair conditioning treatment, and tea service.

The Flow includes 45 minutes of self-guided access to The Ivory’s hydrotherapy spaces, including the sauna, frost room, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, vitality pool, showers, and relaxation lounge.

The Signature includes our full 90-minute guided hydrotherapy experience. Your spa guide will intentionally pace you through each area and include cold towel service, face mask, hair conditioning treatment, and tea service.

Yes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you have time to check in, change, and prepare for your experience.

Your scheduled time is when your experience begins, not your arrival time.

You must bring a swimsuit with you as they are required. Robes, slippers, towels, and lockers will be provided.

Yes. The Ivory is a co-ed spa experience. Guests are required to wear swimsuits while using the shared hydrotherapy spaces.

Guests booking The Signature will be guided by a spa guide throughout the experience.

Guests booking The Flow will enjoy a self-guided experience and may move through the spaces at their own pace.

The Flow or Signature Water Journey are not a private experience. Other guests may be booked during the same session, but capacity is intentionally limited to keep the experience calm and comfortable.

Yes. You may book with friends or as a group, based on availability. The Signature is especially ideal for birthdays, bridal groups, couples, girls’ days, and special occasions.

For The Flow, please plan for about 1 hour total, including early arrival, changing, and your 45-minute experience.

For The Signature, please plan for about 2 hours total, including early arrival, changing, and your 90-minute experience.

However, you can use the space for less time and leave early if you desire. 

Not at all. First-time guests are welcome.

If you are new to hydrotherapy or prefer more guidance, we recommend booking The Signature for your first visit.

At this time, The Ivory is offered as a full hydrotherapy experience rather than single-area access. Guests may choose between The Flow, our 45-minute self-guided experience, or The Signature, our 90-minute guided experience.

Yes. The Ivory offers memberships and packs for guests who would like to visit regularly. Flow memberships are designed for routine self-guided hydrotherapy, while The Ivory Membership includes Signature experiences each month.

Yes. Membership visits roll over according to the terms listed at the time of purchase.

Because each experience is intentionally scheduled, late arrivals may shorten your experience. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you have time to check in, change, and begin on time.

Please review the cancellation policy listed at the time of booking. Because appointment times are limited and reserved specifically for each guest, late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are sensitive to heat or cold, or have concerns about using the sauna, steam room, hot tub, or cold plunge, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

Guests must meet The Ivory’s age requirement to participate or be joining an parent or guardian. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about age eligibility.

We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home. Lockers are provided, but The Ivory is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

To preserve a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, we recommend keeping phones stored away during your experience.

The Ivory HydroSpa is located in Red Bank, Tennessee, just minutes from Chattanooga. Right behind All About the Bride on Dayton Blvd.
